Curry leaves grow on small trees in the Rue family that also includes citrus and Sichuan pepper. The tree is native to India and the leaves are widely used in south Indian cooking and essential to Sri Lankan cuisine. Our curry leaves are sourced from B.M Kumarihami in Kuruambemuduna through our partner Eko Land. Eko Land really takes care of the fresh leaf with a respectfull drying process that keeps the flavor intact and we are so happy to share a dried curry leaf that actually tastes something! Show more
