Design Fee: A non-refundable $30 design fee is required upfront before any design work begins. This fee will be applied toward and included in your final order total. Design Review & Approval: Please allow up to 48 hours after payment of the design fee for your request to be reviewed and your design to be prepared. You will receive your design proof and personalized order quote via email. Once you approve the design, pricing, and order details, the remaining balance must be paid in full within 24 hours. Production will begin only after approval and full payment have been received. Processing Time: Standard production and shipping times begin after the design is approved and the remaining balance is paid.
