Daft Frukt is a blend of almost every cuve e produced during a vintage, a soft of "house blend" for Fruktstereo. It is then fermented all together, aged with heavy lees and bottled last of all each year. A few of the tanks develop a type of "flor" cover during fermentation and aging. Show more
