Daftmill is a genuine farm distillery—distinctive, secluded, and highly respected. Operated by the Cuthbert family in Fife, it crafts only 100 casks of single malt whisky annually, using estate-grown barley and water sourced from its own spring. The 2012 Summer Batch release, one of only 5250 bottles, is fresh and fruity on the nose, with crisp apples, a touch of sugar, honey, and vanilla.
