DARK SCOTCH BASE (improved formula) is a medium-acid base designed for use as an underlayer for hard materials, camouflage and low-acid bases, and for extensions on gel tips. It provides easy self-leveling and even application.The base is intended exclusively as an underlayer and is NOT suitable for leveling!
