For baking mixes, our Dates Chopped are pre-cut and coated in rice flour so they distribute evenly; for blending and snacking, these uncoated pitted dates are the better pick. Are these the same as Medjoul dates? No – Medjoul Dates are a larger, softer, more caramel-rich premium variety for eating as they are.
