The MFA Development Program is a specialised training program designed to support each player’s age, ability level, and stage of development. Sessions are structured to enhance players’ enjoyment and love for the game while improving key technical skills, coordination, and overall motor skills in a positive and challenging environment. The program welcomes both boys and girls aged U8–U13 and is suited to players looking to further develop their football ability through high-quality coaching and structured training. The training schedule runs in line with the Victorian school Term and includes a total of 9 sessions across the program.
