Do Good Brew Dark Beer was first created as the base recipe for Anise Dark Beer we brewed for Michelin-awarded Restaurant Grön and their winter menu in 2022.We wanted to design a b eer where you can taste the dark malts but that is still more elegant and refined than your porters and stouts.At Grön the beer was paired with their smoked chestnut ice-cream that we believe is an ultimate match for a beautiful dark beer.We'd also pair this for game and hearty meat dishes.
