Do Good Brew Common Rice Beer is the second version of our Common Beer, brewed with huge amount of flaked rice and hopped with Sorachi Ace hops.We created this for Kim Mikkola's po p-up restaurant at Helsingin Juhlaviikot in 2022.The target was to make a crisp beer where you can really taste rice.This beer pairs nicely with many Asian flavors from sushi and noodles to Korean bbq and Vietnamese banh mi.
