Producer: Fossil and Fawn Region: Willamette Valley, Oregon Grapes: 52% Pinot Gris, 36% Pinot Noir, 12% Pinot Blanc Do Nothing is the chillable red you've been looking forward to. It's a mix of red and white fruit sourced from dry-farmed, organic vines planted in the 70s. They ferment whole cluster carbonically, producing an explosively juicy and fruity wine! They literally just put the grapes in a bin, seal it and walk away (hence, do nothing). After that they put the juice into old French oak barrels where it finishes fermentation over the next five months.
