Our Ceremonial Matcha comes from several small producers in Kyoto, Kagoshima, & Shizouka, Japan, all dedicated to their craft. We select each matcha based on their similar flavor p rofiles: fresh, smooth, and toasty matcha with a clean finish. Please Be Aware: Dona rotates suppliers based on availability, and without notice, so origin changes from time to time between Kyoto, Kagoshima and Shizuoka.
