Aged in 200L American oak ex-bourbon casks for a minimum of five years, the whisky then sees secondary maturation in French Oak barriques that had Tasmanian Pinot Noir aged in them . This secondary maturation adds beautiful red berry notes and a unique Tasmanian influence to this small batch single malt.
