Dover Sole are one of our favourites, caught locally in Wales (weather dependant, look out for the 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿) and across the south coast. We prepare the fish by skinning and trimming so that it's ready to cook, or we can fillet your fish if you'd prefer. If you have any special requests just let us know. This fish is wonderfully soft and flaky, with a delicious sweet taste. Our fish is fresh and landed to us on the day that we market it, and you'll never receive a frozen replacement. We think that this is the only way to experience fish as it should be, and we're so proud to be able to bring it directly to your door. Show more
