DPD Shop Return service gives you the freedom to operate within your own time frame to return any item(s) for a refund or exchange. To process your DPD shop Return Service simply follow the steps below: Add this service charge to your basket and checkout as normal. Once you have paid for the DPD Shop Return service we will email you a DPD returns label which you can print off. Package up the item(s) into one box, print and fill out our RETURNS FORM and enclose it inside the parcel. Print and stick the DPD returns label to the outside of the packaging and drop it off at your nearest drop off shop. A DPD drop off shop is usually a convenience store, pharmacy, supermarket or similar. To find your nearest drop off point, simply CLICK HERE and enter your postcode in the search bar. This service is a cost effective option for those wanting to return large or high value items such as mountaineering boots or bouldering pads. For smaller items such as a pair of climbing shoes, there are more cost effective options, we would recommend using a tracked or signed for service with Royal Mail.
