No added water, no white residue when you cook i t, just good old fashioned bacon as it should be! Supplied vacuum packed. Suitable for home freezing. Our bacon packs are priced by weight. Each Back Bacon pack has 4 rashers. The smaller the rashers, the lighter the pack, so these will be the lower priced packs.
