Our preference is to oven bake, the rind crackles and the gammon s tays soft and moist... delicious! Supplied vacuum packed. Suitable for home freezing. Our Gammon packs are priced by weight. Each Gammon pack has a single slice. The smaller the slice, the lighter the pack, so these will be the lower priced packs.
