A hands-on workshop for those wanting to go deeper in learning the art of ganache based chocolate truffle making. In this one-off class, guests will learn how to temper chocolate and will make a selection of dipped chocolate truffles featuring local ingredients. This experience is designed to provide an immersive, but fun, introduction to chocolate, where you will taste various sustainably produced chocolate varieties and then get creative creating your own chocolate bars, which you will take home with you! About the experience: Working as a group, participants will make a selection of chocolate truffles featuring all natural, local, regional and native Australian ingredients. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic chocolate ganache options will be included. Each participant will take home a gift box of 12 chocolate truffles made and packaged in the class. Each guest will also have the opportunity to design and create a chocolate bar to take home. You will have the opportunity to add your own choice of tasty inclusions to create your unique masterpieces! The experience includes a drink on the deck. This is a workshop with a focus on fun and experimentation and no prior experience is necessary! This workshop is suitable for participants aged 12 and over.
