Eclipse is a Pacific Northwest hop from CLS Farms with a rich, resinous aroma built around dark fruit, blackcurrant, and earthy pine with a smooth underlying spice. It carries a bo ld, layered character that adds real depth and complexity, particularly when used in combination with lighter, more citrus-forward varieties. Sold as fresh pellets by the ounce, Eclipse performs well across bittering, flavor, and aroma additions, and brings especially interesting results in whirlpool and dry hop applications.
