Class B Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) provides new commercial motor vehicle drivers with the federally required theory instruction necessary to obtain a Class B Commercial Dri ver’s License, in accordance with 49 CFR Part 380, Appendix B. This program covers driver responsibilities, basic vehicle operation, safe operating procedures, vehicle systems and malfunction reporting, hours of service, wellness, and regulatory compliance.
