Elephant garlic is known for its impressive size, producing big, beautiful bulbs that make a statement in any kitchen. Though it looks and tastes similar to garlic, Elephant garlic is actually more closely related to the leek family, giving it a milder, smoother flavor than traditional hardneck garlic varieties. Gentle and mellow with subtle notes of onion and leek, Elephant garlic becomes rich, sweet, and buttery when roasted or slow cooked. Its exceptionally large cloves are easy to peel and perfect for roasting whole, sautéing, grilling, and everyday cooking. Grown in northern Utah using mindful organic practices, each bulb is hand planted, hand harvested, and carefully cured to develop excellent flavor and long storage life. Fresh garlic is available late July through September (or until sold out). Join our email list for harvest updates. Available in limited quantities.
