The Espalar universal starter kit is designed to get you underway with your first espalier project and comes with wire cutters, hex driver and rivet gun for tensioning the wires. Y ou get all the components to build either a 4 wire horizontal espalier panel or a diamond pattern espalier panel. The horizontal espalier is ideal for heavy loading fruit trees such as apples and pears as well as grape vines and climbing vegetables. The diamond espalier is great for ornamental vines such as star jasmine and the like. Hex wood screws are provided with this kit however if you are fixing to brick/concrete substrate or tin/metal fences we sell masonry screws and multi screw packs separately.
