Espresso Masterclass — 60 minutes · $60 · 8 spots. Must be 18+ to join. Espresso is the drink most people are scared to make at home. Sixty minutes with us and you won't be. We'll start with why espresso is different from every other way of making coffee, then get you behind the machine. You'll grind, dose, tamp, and pull your own shots — and pull some bad ones on purpose, because tasting the difference is the fastest way to learn what "dialed in" actually means. We'll talk through what you're tasting and why: what makes one shot sweet and another sharp, and how the coffee itself changes the cup. We'll leave real time at the end for questions — about the machine you already own, the one you're thinking about buying, or whatever's been going wrong in your kitchen. Bring them all. You'll take home: 12oz bag of your favorite Co-Work Coffee, a Co-Work Mug, and a class certificate. No experience needed. 8 spots only, so everyone gets real time on the machine.
