Generally, I like my coffee to be really floral and vibrant, with a tea-like body. However sometimes I just want something with a more "traditonal" flavor profile. Something a bit nutty, a bit chocolatey. This is what I like to call "table coffee", good for sipping, good for everyday. This lovely coffee from Luiz Saldanha of the Fazenda California farm is something for every day. I really love the nuttiness that you find in this cup.
