SEBO's AIRBELT E drawing gives the filter cover item 24, and one of the entries printed on that line reads as the red one, 8224DRER. Red is the loudest finish the AIRBELT E3 Premium was offered in, and having both a shade and a diagram number to quote leaves nothing open to interpretation when the order goes in.Close the compartment, seat the media: that is the whole specification. A crack across the panel, or a retaining clip that has let go, allows the filter to shift in its landing and lets air out around the rim before it has passed through anything. On a machine chosen specifically for what it holds back, that is worth correcting quickly. Installation calls for no more dismantling than a routine filter change. Two covers, two positionsThe same sheet carries a second, similar-looking panel: item 4 is the cover over the exhaust air filter, supplied in body-matching colours under numbers in the 8249 series, including 8249DRER in red. The two share a colour suffix and a general shape, which is exactly why they get swapped in an order. Item 24 is the filter cover on the intake side; item 4 sits over the exhaust air filter. Work out which compartment is open in front of you, then order. Fits: SEBO AIRBELT E3 Premium Part number: 8224DRER Diagram position: 24 on the AIRBELT E drawing Colour: red Job: shuts the compartment and beds the media down Easily confused with: 8249DRER, the red exhaust air filter cover at item 4 Two more numbers on that drawing are worth noting while the bay is open, since both are within reach only when this panel is off: item 20 is the filter box, and item 21 carries the AeraPure filter bags. Neither is included here — this listing is the red cover alone. An authorized SEBO dealer supplies it; dispatch takes 2–5 business days.
