This is your chance to experience Brick Bay’s most talked-about winter celebration. As the night draws in and the fires glow, gather with us for an evening of warmth, bold flavours, and vibrant performance. Fire & Feast is our annual celebration of the season's glow—an evening filled with rustic charm, where the crackle of flames meets the rhythm of live music and the energy of a fire performance. Gather around long shared tables in the glow of firelight and music, as you’re treated to a bountiful feast of smoky, soulful dishes. This year's menu features: Focaccia with whipped N'duja butter Brick Bay pulled lamb Honey-cured, smoked free-range chicken Free-farmed five-spiced pork belly Trevally ceviche with smoked beetroot, tamarillo, butternut & makrut lime Baby potato & charred cabbage salad with green goddess dressing Polenta chips House-made condiments We finish with a Martello poached pear & frangipane tart, served with gingernut gelato—because no feast is complete without a little indulgence. Expect fiery performances to light up the night, live music, and an atmosphere that invites connection—whether with old friends or new ones across the table.
