Not produced since 2018, it’s a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, and Chardonnay macerated for 1 month whole-cluster in qvevri. Décuvage back into qvevri for several months and then transferred to fibre tank by gravity to rest for 6 months before bottling. Salty, ripe, and highly aromatic. The wine is peachy and a touch herbal. The fruit brings a soft presentation that's matched nicely with its ease and fluidity. Tealike texture with significant tannins brought about by the macerating of stems, skins, pips, etc. together in the amphora. True orange wine, with structure and complexity. An illuminating wine that shows many new levels of depth and character. A bomb.
