The decline position offers the ability to do seated sit ups, decline dumbbell and barbell press and many more great exercises. The bench also features a collapsible front leg, for more convenient storage. When in its folded option, the bench can be stored on the floor or against a wall without taking up much space. Wall-mounted storage is also possible, by utilising our wall-mounting hack, as shown in the images provided! This utilises our Dip Station Storage, which is sold separately. The bench features cushioned leg supports, providing added stability when pressing, this is ideal when in decline position.
