Fosroc Conbextra GP is a blend of Portland cement, graded fillers and chemical additives. The filler grading produces a highly flowable grout that will not segregate or bleed, and the low water requirement ensures high early strength and long-term durability. A volumetric expansion of up to 1% occurs while the grout is in the plastic state, ensuring complete contact at the bearing interface. At trowellable consistency it can also be used for bedding applications and as a substitute for dry-pack mortars. Typical applications; stanchion baseplates, joints between precast concrete panels, grouting where pouring access is restricted, anchoring of reinforcing steel bars and tie bars and bedding applications and dry-pack substitution Benefits Will not segregate or bleed Dual consistency. flowable or trowellable as required Initial set is within 6 hours Chloride free ≤0.05% Fire rating: Class A1 Non-Combustible Complies with London Underground Standard 1-085 (fire safety) Good to know Compressive strength: 15 MPa at 1 day / 45 MPa at 7 days / 60–70 MPa at 28 days Flexural strength: 10.0 MPa at 28 days Bond strength: 2.6 MPa (pull-off) Gap thickness: 10mm to 75mm Yield: approx. 12 litres (trowellable) / 13.25 litres (flowable) per 25kg bag Elastic modulus: 22.1 GPa at 28 days
