Fosroc Conbextra TS is a blend of Portland cement, graded fillers, selected aggregates and chemical additives. The filler grading produces a highly flowable grout with good resistance to segregation and bleed, while the aggregate content reduces exothermic heat and the risk of thermal cracking common with gap thicknesses in excess of 100mm. A volumetric expansion of up to 1% occurs while the grout is in the plastic state via a gaseous system, ensuring complete contact throughout the section. The product can be poured or pumped. Typical applications include; stanchion baseplates where a large gap is present, joints between precast concrete panels, filling box sections and any grouting application requiring section thicknesses of 75mm to 500mm Benefits Aggregate-filled formulation, reduces exothermic heat and risk of thermal cracking in thick sections Non-shrink Highly flowable, will not segregate or bleed Can be poured or pumped Chloride free ≤0.05% Good to know Suitable for thick sections: 75mm to 500mm Adhesion strength by pull-off: ≥2.0 MPa Elastic modulus: 32.7 GPa Freeze-thaw cycling with immersion: ≥2.0 MPa Complies with London Underground Standard 1-085 (fire safety) Approximate yield: 12 litres per 25kg bag
