Fosroc Conbextra HF is a blend of Portland cement, graded fillers and chemical additives. The filler grading produces a highly flowable grout that will not segregate or bleed, and the low water requirement ensures high early strength and long-term durability. A volumetric expansion of up to 1% occurs while the grout is in the plastic state by means of a gaseous system, ensuring complete contact at the bearing interface. The product also conforms to the US Corps of Engineers Specification for non-shrink grout CRD-C621-82A and ASTM C1107-91 (Type C). Benefits Non-shrink Highly flowable, will not segregate or bleed Fire rating: Class A1 Non-Combustible Suitable for pumping Complies with London Underground Standard 1-085 (fire safety) Certified Carbon Neutral product Initial set: 6 hours Gap thickness: 10mm to 100mm Good to know Compressive strength: 22 MPa at 1 day / 55 MPa at 7 days / 65–70 MPa at 28 days Bond strength by pull-off: 2.6 MPa (EN 1542:1999, Class R4 ≥2.0 MPa) Flexural strength: 5.5 MPa at 28 days Water addition: 4.5 litres (flowable) / 4.8 litres (fluid) per 25kg bag Yield: approx. 13.25 litres (flowable) / 13.5 litres (fluid) per 25kg bag Tensile strength: 3.7 MPa at 28 days Elastic modulus: 32.7 GPa at 28 days Freeze-thaw cycling: 2.4 MPa (Class R4 ≥2.0 MPa) Chloride ion content: 0.04% (Class R4 ≤0.05%)
