An ale made with drinks writer and friend, Mike Bennie. Brewed in August 2022, this ale rested in a single ex-Tyrrell's foudre for 3.5 years. We have packaged the beer in both stil l and sparkling versions. The carbonated cuvee is packaged in can. Release Date Bottle Details ABV Cellaring Mar 2026 37.5cl can 5.2% 3 year Made in collaboration with our dear friend Mike Bennie. Organic barley, wheat and hops brewed on Wildflower’s new-at-the-time brewing installation in August 2022. Left to chill overnight and inoculated with Wildflower’s house culture. Aged for 3.5 years in a single Foudre. This sparkling version was packaged in cans, making it the singular barrel aged beer we ever packaged in cans. Enjoy. Show more
