An ale made with drinks writer and friend, Mike Bennie. Brewed in August 2022, this ale rested in a single ex-Tyrrell's foudre for 3.5 years. We have packaged the beer in both stil l and sparkling versions. The carbonated cuvee is packaged in can. ABV: 5.2% VOL: 375ml Made in collaboration with our dear friend Mike Bennie. Organic barley, wheat and hops brewed on Wildflower’s new-at-the-time brewing installation in August 2022. Left to chill overnight and inoculated with Wildflower’s house culture. Aged for 3.5 years in a single Foudre. Show more
