As our product is concentrated a little bit goes a long way. If applied once a day a stick will last on average 8 - 12 weeks. As Free-ODORANT is a natural product it will soften slightly in warmer months and harden a little in cooler months. This may affect the quantity of product that goes onto skin with each 'rub' and therefore the number of times you need to run the stick under your arms (ie possibly less rubs when product is soft and more when product is firmer). If stick is cold, warm product against skin to allow it to soften. General application instructions are: Apply to clean dry skin. Gently push bottom of tube up. Run stick downwards ensuring entire underarm area is covered Rub arms against body to work the product in further. NOTE: the product may contract in cooler climates so it may be necessary to maintain pressure on the bottom of tube whilst applying. Please use as directed to avoid product transferring to your clothing.
