Hand-selected and sourced in Burgundy, France One-of-a-kind. Artisan made. Made entirely of copper with brass, cast iron, or copper handles. Each jam pot is unique, one-of-a-kind, wonderfully restored, and made for small-batch confiture. This particular pot measures approximately 41 cm x 34 cm x 12 cm. The copper distributes heat evenly, meaning you can cook the fruit quickly, keeping it bright and fragrant. Copper develops a patina over time, so be sure to polish before each use with a special copper polish or a combination of lemon juice and sea salt to remove any oxidation.
