Castle Magic is an ale brewed with Tempranillo Grapes using the Pied de Cuve method. A cross between native and spontaneous fermentation - essentially the sourdough starter method of fermentation. The resulting ale is a grape forward ale that blurs the lines of beer and wine. Framaheim Oak barrel-aged spontaneously fermented sour ale with raspberries | 5.8% ABV We’re proud to present Framaheim, a masterful ode to brewing and blending tradition. Our dedicated Bruers used traditional Belgian methods of turbid mashing and spontaneous fermentation to let the open air of Anaheim convey instinctive flavors. During its 24 months of aging, this framboise-style ale earns its name with a helping of fresh raspberries added to hand-selected, oak puncheons. This finished product balances notes of funky fruit and crisp, complex tartness our most keen enthusiasts will rejoice in. Ruebarb Sour Blonde Ale aged in oak barrels with Raspberries and Rhubarb | 6% ABV The balance of opposites proves delicious in this oak barrel-aged sour blonde ale. Brewed with bright raspberries and fresh rhubarb, this ale serves up nostalgic characters of jammy sweetness splendidly balanced with crisp tartness and herbal and floral notes.
