Your Healthy Eating Journey Starts Here. Our GAIN MASS Plan is very simple. We focus on: 1800-2500 Daily Calorie Intake 3 Meals a Day, which will also help with proper digestion. Each Meal will contain 40-60g of Protein (About 150g of Protein per day) Eating Guides, which incorporates a healthy snack or shake. Digestion & Hydration tips to improve digestion efficiency. In this plan, we choose the Meals. Please let us know your preferences or any allergies in the order notes. Packages including protein snacks will recieve a mix of protein oat balls, protein cookies, or protein brownies. Packages including vitamins will recieve either a multivitamin, digestive enzymes, or green superfood veggie smoothie powder.
