Gamma Hexalactone is one of the more unique amongst the lactones, owing to a floral fruity layer on top of a tonka and tobacco base. It has a very delicate cresylic nuance (vaguely similar to Cyclopidene) in combination with a low key hint of benzyl acetate giving it a ribbon of ylang floralcy through the heart. This makes it a wonderful nuancer for our Signature vanillin. It also has a hint of booziness which is great for a tipsy accord.
