Giant Noble is a productive heirloom spinach variety that produces large, dark green, slightly savoyed (crinkled) leaves on vigorous plants. The leaves are thick, tender, and flavo rful with a rich, earthy taste and mild sweetness. It is excellent fresh in salads, sautéed with garlic, wilted into soups and pasta, blended into smoothies, or used in quiches and egg dishes.
