The techniques to roll and cut shapes to then create little grooves to catch the sauce. We will also show you how to make an accompanying sauce which will compliment your gnocchi. When our gnocchi making is complete you will be able to relax with a glass of wine or non alcoholic beverage and enjoy your lunch of gnocchi. Duration – 2 hours Time – 1pm - 3pm Cost: $120 pp There is only 6 people per class.
