Organic Grappa Riserva is produced by the Walcher distillery in South Tyrol, Italy. This family has been distilling Grappa and fruit liqueurs for nine generations. Grappa Riserva i s a certified organic grape marc brandy. The marc is distilled using traditional copper stills in a bain-marie. It is then aged for a minimum of 18 months in oak barrels to obtain the “Riserva” designation. The result is a magnificent Grappa with flavors of dried fruit and vanilla.
