Like other sake in the Hakurakusei line, this sake is brewed to be supremely food friendly. With an aroma that whispers of banana and a zippy, citrus-like acidity, this junmai ginj o can bolster savory cuisine or walk hand-in-hand with sweeter foods such as Japanese “nimono” dishes.
