Buying grass-fed beef by the half direct from our farm allows you to enjoy premium grass-fed beef custom packaged to your preferences at a wholesale price. At this time, we are taking deposits to reserve your half beef. A $500 deposit is required to secure your order and the final balance is due before delivery. An average half beef is approximately 250 lbs that provides approximately 180 lbs of take home beef. The price of a half beef is based on the hanging weight before it is cut into your custom order.
