Fill your freezer with delicious local organic lamb cut the way you want it! This is a DEPOSIT to secure your share. Your CSA is not ordered until you've filled out your cut sheet order form located here. Please select which approximate butcher date you are ordering a lamb from. A half lamb will yield between ~10-15 pounds of lamb, depending on both animal size and cuts chosen (e.g. bone-in roasts or boneless). Receipt of your deposit reserves your animal, and within 1 week of your payment, we will send you a "cut sheet" where you can order lamb to your exact specifications. (This is also linked below). For example, customers will be able to choose, among a variety of other options: Roasts bone in or boneless ground, stew or specialty sausage thickness of lamb chops The fine print: Additional fees may apply for specialty items/services, incl. smoking.
