Beautifully hand-crafted from cedar, this locally-made peel is light and well-balanced, making easy work of loading bread and pizza in and out of the oven. We designed this fine pi ece of equipment with Martin Lane, designer/maker of exquisite one-off items of furniture (and keen home-baker).
