Hands-on Workshop: Soups and Stocks Tuesday March 3rd 2026 - 6pm Price: $90/person Class Description: The best soups are made with the best stocks! Learn how to make a basic Beef Stock from scratch and turn into a delicious hearty Soup. This winter night we will be preparing two heart-warming soups: a broth-based French Onion Soup and a cream-based Leek and Potato Soup. Both are bowls of pure comfort food that always hits the spot on a cold dreary day. ** Please bring your own take home containers for the stock** About this Class: This is a participation-based class where you will be guided through the recipes by the chef, but you will be doing most of the work. These classes offer an in-depth study of chosen recipes using common foods found in a well-stocked pantry. Tips, techniques, and recipes will be demonstrated and shared, and all food prepared will be served. This class is limited to six participants. Class length is approximately two hours.
