Who says gluten free can't also be delicious? We are doing another homage to traditional European cakes. This time we are going Hungarian with the classic Esterházy Torte, or Coffe e Hazelnut Torte. It is made with layers of hazelnut dacquoise cake, toasted hazelnut, praline ganache, espresso buttercream with caramelized hazelnut, and toasted almond on the side.
