To support children in the early years, Youth Sport Trust have carefully designed Healthy Movers. This fantastic resource will help early years practitioners to engage children and their families in fun and effective physical activity. The Healthy Movers Toolkit has been devised to provide weeks of physical activity ideas to support the development of the whole child. The resource includes ways to support the thinking, social, health, physical and creative abilities of all children. Youth Sport Trust have developed Healthy Movers to complement the EYFS framework and its four guiding principles. We have produced an engaging pack of resources for parents and children aged 2-5. Following different characters through different activities to develop physical and emotional wellbeing to become school ready. Healthy Movers National Training - This is a one day practical course designed to help practitioners to deliver fun and meaningful physical activity to children aged 2-5 years with confidence. Candidates will also learn how to promote healthy eating and active living to families. Why join Healthy Movers?
