The Blend Hebe White 2023/2024 is made from handpicked 75% organic Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc from the Odyssey Southern Valley vineyard (2024) and 25% Mendoza Chardonnay from Gisborne's Golden Triangle (2023). Whole bunch pressed into French puncheons, then fermented wild to dryness with a full malolactic. The wine settled on lees before being racked and blended into tank pre-bottling with 10 ppm sulphur.
