Since the early days of the distillery, around 2004,we have been working with Scottish peated malt.We are now supplied by Baird's of Inverness inScotland and continue to work with Scottishpeated malt to continue our 22 year history ofcrafting Australia’s oldest richly peated single malt whiskies. A 100% heavily peated mash bill. Heavily peatedmalt phenols typically between 45 and 55 ppm.Aged in first-fill American oak ex-bourbon casksfrom Heaven Hill.
