A chopping board made from a solid piece of Japanese Hinoki wood. Wonderfully aromatic, the wood has antimicrobial and anti-fungal properties making it an ideal material for choppi ng boards. Dried for 3-6 months, each piece of wood is carefully shaped and sanded to be gentle on your favourite knife.The workshop where the boards are made has been operating since the 1960s.
